Delete your Divine: AI Spiritual Companion account

In the app

Open the Me tab, tap "Close my account" and confirm. This works on the iOS and Android apps.

Without the app

Write to hi@dharmikvibes.com from any address, put "Delete my Divine account" in the subject and tell us the mobile number on the account. We may ask you to confirm with a code sent to that number, so that nobody else can close your account.

What happens next

• Your account is closed at once: every sign-in on every device stops working and reminders stop.
• You have 7 days to change your mind. Signing in again with a code before then cancels the deletion.
• After the 7 days your account is erased: your sign-in codes, chats with Divine, notifications, saved routines and itineraries, and the memory of your chats.

What we keep

Bookings and payments are kept as records because the law asks us to keep invoices and tax records. Your name, phone number, address and notes are blanked from them where the law allows; the item, date and amount stay.

Anything held by DharmikVibes outside Divine (such as a booking made on dharmikvibes.com) follows the DharmikVibes Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
